Refunds, Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops on cradleviewstore.com receives the following guarantees:

  • full refund if you don’t receive your order;
  • full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing);
  • full or partial refund if the item is not as described or damaged; (you must provide photo proof via email)
  • full refund if you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

You can submit refund requests within:

  • 10 business days after the order is delivered;
  • 45 business days since your order was placed. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Returns

All our products are backed with a 60-day money back guarantee. Just send us a message on Contact Us page or contact us at support@cradleviewstore.com and we will refund the purchase price. See condition above.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. No questions asked! You only return it at your expense.

Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. We are always ready to give you the best solutions!

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Re-sends

We allow resend under the condition that the item has been damaged, broken or dismantled upon delivery in a way that is beyond any simple repair. You (as a cradleviewstore.com user) are only eligible for a resend if you have a valid order number and send photo images of the item showing clearly where it has been damaged. You can send this to support@cradleviewstore.com – please put a reference and we will respond within 24 hours.

Please note that you do not have pay for resends as long as you’re eligible.
